Complete Bookkeeping: We are up-to-date on all accrual and cash method bookkeeping systems, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Excel, just to name a few. If you prefer another type of software program that is more suitable for your business needs, we will be able to accommodate you. A representative from our company will personally come to your place of business, and retrieve all necessary paperwork required to input your receipts, income, invoices, etc. each month, week, or bi-week, which ever best adapts to your company.
Tax Help and Preparation: We will prepare your taxes at the end of each tax year, (short, fiscal, or calendar). This includes all tax forms that are required by the I.R.S. We also prepare estimated taxes if required due to the entity status of your business. Our trained professionals are qualified in all individual income tax returns, and business Return of Income filings. We are updated on all tax law changes, tax deduction information and we have the ability and knowledge to get every tax credit and deduction that is available for you.
Payroll: We can handle all of your payroll needs. We will supply you with a worksheet (timesheet) for payroll hourly and salary employees. Just fill out the form for each employee, and we will handle the rest. We will also need a copy of the employees’ W4 forms, if these forms have not been completed, we will file the appropriate tax forms needed for you. This service includes; withholding taxes, and paying the quarterly taxes for you from a designated account.
